Restaurant Row veteran Greg Morris (The Spanish Kitchen, The Belmont) went to shuffle his deck in 2012 and tapped us to open his first full service restaurant in the intimate and creative neighborhood of Franklin Village. Franklin & Co. Tavern brought thoughtful, farm to table pub fare from Chef Greg Paul and a killer whisky and craft beer program to a strip in Hollywood known for it’s Parisian patios, improv theaters and Morris’ own elevated corner store, The Oaks Gourmet Market. We worked hard to build a team of 20+ rockstar hospitalitarians who brought a new level of service and education to the neighborhoOd, exceeding expectations of the Village and establishing the Tavern as the new destination on the Franklin strip.
