West Hollywood tastemakers Brett Cranston and Beau Laughlin came looking for leadership when they embarked on their second neighborhood hot spot, The Churchill. A 24 hour operation housed within The Orlando Hotel, we recruited, developed and launched a FOH team of 60+ employees and oversaw hospitality and operational management teams. What followed was a 6+ year run of diStinct relevancy, bleeding edge programming and a legendary nightlife record that blended the lines between a chef driven culinary experience and a heart thumping nightclub. West Third St hasn’t been the same since.
