When Sarah Simmons founded NYC's City Grit, she tapped Jeremie to partner with her on the launch, development, and operations of the experience, atmosphere, design, and service components of the company. Housed in an old Catholic schoolhouse in the NoLita neighborhood of NYC, they worked together and in conjunction with Brooklyn based WRK Design to transform the space into a showroom by day and a restaurant by night. With an ever changing schedule of national and international Chefs and in a space where details change nightly from the food to the furniture to the music, City Grit has become one of New York's notable hotspots in the food world.
